(1) The sole proprietorship Jörg Allmannsberger, located at Südtsr. 116, 53175 Bonn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as „KROATIEN-Mietwagen.eu“), grants users the opportunity to compare rental car offers in the form of a price comparison and to book a selected rental car from various rental car providers.

(2) KROATIEN-Mietwagen.eu is therefore not the contractual partner of the rental car offers offered on this website. The contract is concluded with the booking on the respective website of our partners.

Only the respective General Terms and Conditions of the respective partner apply, especially regarding their cancellation conditions. For processing the booking and for any complaints or inquiries regarding the contracts, the KROATIEN-Mietwagen.eu user must contact our partner with whom the rental car is booked.
